Default holley 94 setup

I am working on an 8ba with a 3x2 holley 94 setup. What do I need to do to 2 of the carbs? I understand the idle jets need to be blocked, gut does anyone know how to do this properly?

The best way is to buy two blank bases from one of the suppliers. Also, you need to remove the idle screw so the throttle plates seat all the way. I would use JB Weld or braze the bases you have now.
