Re: A engine to 39 tranny
I know they make an adapter to do that, they also make an adapter to install a T-5 to a Mosel A. I don't know who (They) are. I'd ask this question on the Model A section. Walt

Specialty Ford Parts 9101 E. Garvey Ave Rosemead, Ca 91770
phone: 626-288-2121 Gene Scott. I've heard to let the phone ring a while. He has the adapters. |

Re: A engine to 39 tranny
Check with Bert's (303) 293-3673. I think they may have bought some of the tooling from the manufacturer of the adapter.

Re: A engine to 39 tranny
You've dated yourself, by quite a bit. Gene has been gone for quite awhile, years. The place is still there, and I believe Jim Gordon is the one there, now. And, yes, let the phone ring. There is also a 'good time' to call, and I wish I could remember - sorry, can't.
The place is still a 'museum'. And, Jim has some really good parts - mostly suspension, if I remember correctly. |
