Default Clutch petal Grease Nipple Broken/Sheared

When I was doing my first grease job, I was looking for the grease nipple on the clutch petal, but all I saw was what appeared to be a partial hole. Were these screwed into the assembly or welded? If Welded I'm presuming my only option is to replace the clutch petal?? I'll try to include a picture when I get outside later.

Not welded from the factory. Try an ez out or drill and tap for a new one.

all the original ones for the pedals were the drive in type. and they had a little boss for them. i have drilled and taped 1/8 pipe and installed the grease fittings.
