Default Original Unrestored Interior 1930 Tudor

Here are some pics of my 30 Tudor I got last week. Has original interior still in it. There are covers on the seat back rests that i don't know if I should leave on or take off.

Very nice underneath. There is a part number on the left rear interior panel that I thought was pretty neat. Not often you get to see original interior. The original top is also still there.

I believe the original paint is underneath the black. The car spent most of its life in Bloomington MN.

Going to leave as is and use it for my daily driver.

Not bad! That's way above the average 81 year old car, and I too would leave it as is, except to cover the front seat bottoms with a pillow case or something that would help the material to not tear any more.

I would recommend seat covers for the front cushions if you're planing to drive it much. Also think about somehow sealing the top to prevent any more leaking on the rear seat. Neat original car.

At least i did not street rod it but like too..l.o.l....How many miles on the car? I just don't like leaving thing alone. guess shame on me... P.S. not that i see anything wrong about Hot rods other then if i see one with a part in mint cond.that i broke my ass restoring then yes then i do have a problem.

I rode in a 12,000 original mile 1930 Tudor a while back that had the same color scheme. Always garaged, the interior was in exceptional condition. Can't beat that old car smell!

VERY NICE.

I looked for several years for a good '30 Tudor. I finally found one but no way in as good of condition.

ENJOY.

VINTAGE TIN ...................
Thise seat covers look like they might be pillow cases. I'd take them off, so people could see it. You could lay them on the seat bottom, so you wouldn't wear it out, anymore. Maybe some hand stitching might hold the fabric together, on the seat bottoms.
Some carpet or fabric shampoo might be in order.
Nice car. I hope that you keep it that way.

I showed my 1910 Hupmobile at a car show on the weekend as part of my Vintage Car Club display. What I didn't realise was that the rest of the contributors where Rodders . Nice guys but I just don't get it .

They had a newly built "1930 Model A roadster" there -It was all fibreglass It proudly showed the Ford badge above a 1932 grill and it had the hood cut away to show a large Chevy V8 motor . It ran so rough it made my 1910 sound like a Rolls Royce and it was for sale for NZ$ 125,000. We had some laughs with them ! They didn't get us either and couldn't see why wanted everything stock and felt that they had improved their cars. We agreed to differ over some beers . Different strokes for different folks .

Love original cars, with or without wear and/or patina. Drive it and enjoy it.
