Default 1952 ford f1,door sag

Door sag,anybody have any luck with a certain fix,drill for bigger bushings and pins,or hinge replacement?

are the pins loose in the hinge? if so drill for larger pins, if not place a piece of wood between lower hinges and gently close the door and push on it, usually raises the rear of the door to free it up

After replacing the body rubber shims on my 39 Tudor, both doors had a sag to them. They fit fine before. I removed the shim at the B pillar and that brought the doors up about 1/4" which is much better.
