That is really cool. The family history aspect of it just adds to the importance of the car.
Your post also brings up a pretty interesting point that I've thought about in this modern era of cellphones and the internet. There are probably more pictures of your Delivery than there were ever pictures taken of your grandfather. We take pictures today like we're pulling peanuts out of a barrel but back in the time of the Model A, they were sparingly taken and a luxury. Now, every aspect of a person's life is documented in some way. Anyways, great story and a beautiful truck. -Tim |
