Default Looking for a museum or car collection near Arlington Tx.

I'm' gonna be in Arlington Tx next week, will have most of Thursday off. I did a google search for car museum, nothing close to the area.

Are there any members who might get a cup of coffee, talk about model A's, or know of a hidden gem of cars in that area? I'm willing to drive a ways from Arlington, but have to be back that afternoon.

Thanks.

While my wife and I were waiting on an adoption, back in 2012...we went to a car museum in Dallas to kill some time. I believe it is the Texas Museum of Automotive History. Also went to the Cavanaugh Flight Museum...some nice airplanes too.

If you can't find a car museum, check out the CR Smith aviation museum located right off Hwy. 360 across from the American Airlines training center. If it isn't in Arlington,, it is just next door. It is a nice museum and a great place to spend an hour or two.

I saw this one online last week, it shows to be permanently closed, I hope I'm wrong.
The Cavanaugh is closed on Thursday's.
