Default Commercial License Plate meanings....

Any of you guys know what PC, SC and other small letter abbreviations are supposed to mean ?

1933 "V8" Closed-Cab Pickup Truck
(originally a Model B, 4 Cylinder dating to May, 1933)

PC is pneumatic (air in the tires) commercial and SC is solid (solid rubber) commercial. If anyone has a set of 1931 PC plates for California please contact me.
