Default Update on throttle Linkage problem:

Hi all, I am remiss on the follow thru on the throttle linkage, a thousand pardons, but the problem is all corrected. My neighbor came over to see the progress i'm making and I was telling him about the problem, he looked at it and said That arm is bent way out of position. Now mind you he knows nothing about Model A's...lol. I retrieved the linkage I had restored and compared them and sure enough the arms were night and day different, so i replaced it and it works like a charm. I was afraid to bend the old one in the car any more, thinking it might beak off.
So all is well for now.
Just a side note: I found the original engine block for my car(same number as the frame)(and the title)...in a pile of "precious junk" parts behind my shed. My car came with two tons of "extra" parts. Maybe some day I can have enough $$ to have it restored and put back in, that would be so cool.
Ok back to work on the fenders and running boards. Thanks again for all your great comments and pics.

It's a good feeling when things go your way. Good job.
