Default ID aftermarket drums 21A/O1A-1125

I have set of aftermarket drums that I would like to identify the Mfg. and aprox age of them. The casting has MB on it along with the #41, and some other numbers. The box was marked 21A-1125. Photos. Thank you.

Man, that IS an oddball! It's obvious that it must use the hub with the flange OUTSIDE the drum, as in '42-'48, but it is just SO far removed (appearing) from the stock drum. "21A-" DOES denote '42 Passenger Car.

Of note though, Ford NORMALLY did not sell DRUMs ONLY across the counter. An "-1125" USUALLY means an "ASSEMBLY", as in hub/drum assembly! DD

The Early V8 store and Joe's both sell the drums, with the 21A & 01A ones having a 3 1/4" id mounting hole where the hub fits under the drum. I also see Bolling Bros. drum that look similar.

Any chance you could post a picture of the full drum? A pic of the inside would be a BONUS! Thanks...DD

russcc .....I THINK that MAYBE I have found your drums...at least the source, anyway! C&G shows essentially the same drum except for the cast-in markings. Whatcha think? Below is a link to the C&G ad. It's the one on the TOP, RIGHT!

Thank you. Should we assume these are imported drums ? I will check with Joe and see what he says.
