Default Trouble with Brakes and Turn Signals

My turn signals are veryy rapid front and rear. I had trouble the passenger rear brake lite stop working. I goy the passenger side brake light working but the driver side stop working. No power to the light that I use. I have a test light to check for power. What my problem? Bulbs are good.Is ir ground??

I found the problem , it was the turn Signal Flasher the problem. Brake lights work now as they should. $4.55 to fix. Not bad
