FSB differences reflect the generator changes. The 1928 Powerhouse had a higher power output than the later long-nose and short-nose generators. The notes also don't state how/where the measurement is to be taken.

The ammeter only reflects coil and battery current; after 11/29 it reads only battery since the wiring was changed at that time. Even with the coil in the ammeter circuit it shouldn't be much over 6A, battery only should draw only 1-2A.
