Default 1940 Ford cowl vent assembly??

So i know the lid fits other years but wanted to make sure the rest belongs on a 1940 Ford. Got some parts recently and wanted to make sure that they belong to that year before I list them for sale on our swap meet side. Thanks, GaryU.

Thanks Mike, looked through previous posts and pics but wanted to be sure. Maybe not unobtainium as far as parts go but I don't want to post things incorrectly.
