Default removing interior door panel

I have a door latch with a weak spring (latch fails to snap back into full return position) on the roadster and would like to repair it. I need direction on how to remove the interior panel and do I need a special tool/s. Thanks!

There could be many different kinds of fasteners used. The spring steel kind pushed into a hole is common. Start at the bottom corner. I use a small flat bar nail puller I got at Ace hardware.
