Default Lower door frame holes

What is the one 5/8 dia hole & #10-32 nut used for?
I am assuming the two 3/8 dia holes are for drainage???

ON my late 30 CCPU there is a rubber bumper in that area . It is secured by an oblong female clip which the oblong rubber bumper clips into . This would be the same for a 30/31 tudor . Maybe your clip is missing .

These are for 1930-31 but 4 and 5 may be similar to the 1928-29.
