35/36 Cabriolet top irons?
I am trying to make up my top irons for my 35,
My car had been messed with, turned into a bad club cabriolet, so the irons were lengthend and in very poor condition. Body is returned to proper proportions but the top is a work in progress. I have an assortment of original parts and some homemade bits, think I have it sort of figured out but I could do with some pictures. In particular the first part nearest the header, I think I will have to make something here, should there be a small movable length that attaches to the heavy brackets on the header? Also I have repro wood filler pieced that I assume fit into the section that goes against the rear edge of the widow, not quite sure how they fit. Any pictures at all of any aspect of 35 cabriolet interior/ irons / mounting positions etc would be really appreciated. Thank you in advance. Gordon. |

Don Rogers .....................
I'm assuming that you know of the differences in the early '35 and the later '35 headers, etc. MIKE |
