Default 1931 budd cab roof help.

Hello, working on a 31 budd cab pickup, rear roof rib is broken on 1 side, how is the best way to replace this? I have the 6 visor screws removed, as well as the 2 small screws holding the visor. I can lift the roof up a bit. The rear joint looks like a tack strip with a center cover. There are MANY nails coming through the roof, as observed where the broken roof rib is. Thanks for your help.

That's exactly what it is. If you want to replace that rear bow you'll need to pull l those nails and tack it down again when the new bow is in place.
