Default 1940 ford,mercury coupe

Are the radiators in 1940 Ford and mercury interchangeable? Are there any differences?what are they?

39 deluxe, 39 and 40 mercury and 40 pickup were all the same according to the original Ford Parts catalog.

Hard to see BUT the angled top tank each side and "split core"!!!!
