Default windshield loose in frame? Glass setting material?

The glass on my windshield is loose in the frame. I believe I need Glass Setting material? Is that correct? is there a correct size?

also while I am having a new piece of glass cut I should probably replace the windshield and hinge seal. Where is the best place to purchase these?

thanks
