Adam, love the pics!!!! GREAT TRUCK!
Great day for a drive and you had the road to yourself. Do you know the route of Highway 1 from Mill Valley out to Stinson Beach? There is a Zen retreat there now called Green Gulch Farm. My G-G-grandparents had that land back over 100 years ago it was a dairy ranch long before most of Marin County became part of the Golden Gate Nat'l Recreation Area. There's even a little clearing alongside the road called "Santos Field" after another great-uncle. Lot's of history along those lonely roads. Thanks for sharing.

Al, I drive past Green Gulch pretty much every week,Stinson Beach is only 10-11 miles from my house. It's very cool that your family owned Green Gulch at one time, it's a beautiful spot! The Golden Gate National Recreation Area saved the Marin headlands from development back in the 60's, there was a plan to put in 25,000 houses in a development called "Marincello" right there. There's even an exit ramp off Highway 101 NB that goes nowhere, it was to be the entrance road to the development.

Hey Adam go to Safe Lite Auto glass they may be able to fix that.

We had a new Ford Escape that caught a rock in about the same place. I took it to them and they fixed it with some sort of epoxy, you couldn't even tell where the chipped out area was! Worth a try not very expensive.
