Default 32 vs 30-31 radiator different

Does anyone know if a 30-31 & 32 B (4 cyl) radiator core /tank and brackets
( shell mounting down the sides) are the same between the three years, I know the radiator have different bracket for the support rods ,32 narrower & has tab /bracket for hood hinge, 30-31 wider for support rods.

The filler neck is slightly farther forward on the '32. The brackets to attach the hood hinge are different from the Model A.

I have a New 15 yrs old brass works 31 , was wanting to get my 32 running , I do not have a Shell ( Would Like to find a Nice Original Not show ) & I have a 32 hood /rod support bracket . I was wanting to know if the shell ,grill ( when I find one ) would bolt up to 31 rad maybe relocate cap on tank to line up with shell if required. I know having a 32 is "pricey" and a privilege . I just think havering $3000,00 in a decent radator ,shell & grill is ??!! Just looking to have a nice driver 32 , can not compete with the Cali $$ for parts . I have sold original 32 parts fair prices less then half Febay prices to older gentlemen to help other get the cars on the road ,

Many many years ago I had a 30 Model A coupe with a '32 commercial shell on it. it fit fine, but I don't know if the if there is a difference between the radiator on a '32 commercial and a passenger car.

The mounting brackets to the frame are slightly lower than 1932, the A radiator will sit about 1/2" too high on the 32 frame. Also as noted the fill neck and hinge mount. Otherwise you should be good to go.

Tom,

The '32 radiators, four and V8, were the same for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

On the street rod my son and I built we had a 32 shell on a model A radiator. It fit ok, don't remember , if anything, we had to do to make it fit. Not much though. But we had the cap on the inside not coming through the shell.
