Default can someone ID this Model A part for me?

Not sure what this is but know I got it with my Model A parts lot I bought about two months ago. It looks like it goes up against some wood as it has nail tabs on it. Its probably for a 30-31 as most of what I got was. Thanks in advance for any help!
