Default Help identify lifter kit

Howdy yall, I did some horse trading and ended up with some adjustable lifters and guides for my banger. Can anyone ID the brand by the markings ?

Pic #1 looks like a tappet from a WWII GPW jeep. Ford scripted just about every part to show it wasn't a Willys MB jeep.

I can't imagine that it would fit a Model A engine....so I'm sure I'm wrong. Just what it looks like though.
