Default behind yourself

I have never ridden behind Amos, but the lovely Mrs Moose did yesterday on the way the to Fordbarn Bash BBQ. Had I known she was taking pictures I would have brushed my hair (this takes only seconds). 1st pic is in traffic in St. Petersburg, and 2nd is the Bayside bridge. She reports that Amos tracks straight and true, with no smoke or issues (other than the driver's mental state). I think in the bridge shot Amos looks....well, spindly I guess is the word. Anyway, a nice way to spend a Sunday.

Nice pictures. That's how a truck is supposed to look. That's all the tire you need. And bbrust it can't snow when its 80.

That is beautiful truck! I was admiring it in person the other day. The weather was perfect.

Jeff, it was good seeing you and the misses again. That pu looks good from the back or the front. The only way it would look any better would be if you had the back loaded with cases of Schlitz beer

Thank you for the compliments, although I wasn't really fishin' for any. It's just that I had never seen what Amos looked like from behind. He's been in storage for a couple of months and I pulled him out Saturday to do some maintenance and repairs, and it was just good to ride again, and really good to see all the fine folks at the "Bash". I do wish we had more time to visit. The little truck is back in storage now until my green '41 (Clem), which I recently sold, gets picked up by the shipper. I'm antsy to get Amos nestled back in my own garage where I can drive and service him easily, and also where the humidity is low. After a couple months in storage I found a lot of the raw metal parts underneath my old pickup starting to rust, and that ain't getting it.

Hey Alan, Mrs Moose loved driving the Buick, and if I'm not careful she'll be taking it a lot more regularly I'm afraid. I got behind her for part of the ride to check out the Buick from that angle ands it looked great and sounded better!

Yea, we drove the Cutlas to church Sunday, the wife wanted me to drive. Maybe the new owner of "Clem" will get it out of your garage soon so "Amos" can come home. I am sure he is trying to do so. He must be ready to drive the 4 banger!
