Default Jasper rebuilt engines

Has anyone had experience with Jasper rebuilt engines? Would you give me your opinion of their work?

Thanks

Is this for a Model A engine or a different application? Were a preffered Jasper installer

Here is an old thread regarding A motors and Jasper

I bought a 29 CC PU in 1980 with a fresh Jasper motor in it. Drove it daily for 10 years including trips from Cincinnati to Texas and Florida. I changed the oil every 500-1000 miles but never had to do anything else.
Never a hiccup. Incredible motor. Of course who knows if the company still builds them that well.

my son scored a great deal on high mileage 2002 Explorer about 10 years ago for $600. 4.0 engine was shot, bought a jasper engine and trans for a very good price and has had no problems with it. has close to 80K came with a 3 yr 100K guarantee. He also has a JD backhoe with a Jasper engine. Would buy one again if needed.

In the original thread they rebuild them to their standards.

Might be best to ask more questions if you are in the market for an engine that done right. Not saying they do not do it right, odds are good they do not.
