Default Noise at higher RPM?

I wish some FordBarn members could hear this in person as I know that is the first suggestion I’ll get, but in the meantime, I am trying to figure out what might be causing the noise you will hear in the video toward the end.

I have owned this car since 2012 and this noise is new. As you will hear in the video...

1. it is not constant and only occurs when the engine is spinning at a pretty good RPM.

2. If I am accelerating or decelerating no noise, only during that point in the pedal when you are basically cruising, like everything has no force on it one way or the other.

3. I am not feeling anything in the pedals, steering well, shifter or the seat of my pants

4. I can get this to occur in the driveway, so not driving, just recorded during driving so you can see that everything sounds pretty good up until that speed.

Thoughts? I hate to just drive around at 25 moh for the rest of the time I own this vehicle

BTW, original 1936 21 stud flathead motor
