I understand the no deleting in the forums, how can you make changes in the swap meet, I want to change the information in one of my ads.

As it's your ad you can add posts but can't change the original ad, you just have to update by adding the new info and bumping it to the top. Like making a post here except you as the originator of the the ad are the only one that can do it.
