Found these recently. Somewhat rusty but they measure 12". Hard to tell if they have ever been turned. The brake surface while rusty isn't heavily pitted. I think with a turning they would clean up OK. There is a chip on the outer flange of one drum. I doesn't impair braking and not very visible when on the car.
