Default electrical woes

I replaced all the wiring in my model A and went to start it up and it fired off like a champ. Only problem is as follows: When I re-connected the battery the passenger side head lamp works okay with the steering wheel switch, but the drivers side stays on all the time. . .and my tail light doesn't work. The top bulbs in the head lamp don't work either. Any recommendations? Semper Fi Joe Marine

Could you have gotten the horn wire and the headlight wire mixed ---

No Sir. . .Horn is another problem I haven't tackled yet. It's still disconnected and those wires are tied off. Thanks

You have a couple connections inside the light switch swapped.

Did the connector at the bottom of the light switch come with the wiring harness? If it did, then recheck the wiring color codes to where they should connect. If you connected the wires to this connector, make sure they are on the correct terminal on the bottom of the connector. There is a note in the Bratton's catalogue about the wiring harness if used on a '28 vehicle. "This can be used on 1928 cars if #(16690) is replaced with a repro light switch body and the cowl lights are capped off"
