Re: Fenderskirt Question
I don't think I have ever seen skirts on either one. Maybe I have just led a sheltered life. lol

Re: Fenderskirt Question
They were made for 37's but they fit on 36 also not sure on 35. They are flush fit do NOT over lap the opening,if any work has been done to fender opening they may not fit right,be careful on this point.ken ct. Lawson you been living in a cave tooo long, get with the program lol. Hope to see you in Charlotte. ken ct.

Re: Fenderskirt Question
I have used the '40 Ford skirts on both '35 and '36 cars....fit good and look sharp.

Re: Fenderskirt Question
I have a set for 36 , they overlap the fender. They should fit 35 also.

Re: Fenderskirt Question
The ones on that coupe above look good, ive also seen some that look like crap. They came out earlier than 41,i think 37 they came out, originals fit inside the fender opening with a big chrome acorn nut at the top i think to release them from the fender. ken ct.

Re: Fenderskirt Question
I bought a new steel pair from Agape in Evansville, IN. He told me there is a difference between '35 and '36, not sure if it's a big difference....

Re: Fenderskirt Question
I have a '35 and not found a skirt that fits. The '37 are way different. I bought the style that overlaps the fender and they don't fit either. They are not tall enough to look right. May fit but barely touch the top of the opening.
I am guessing that the '36 opening is different. I will keep on looking around for a taller skirt or may have to make up my own. I have seen some nice ones on 35's but they were hand made. Neal |

Re: Fenderskirt Question
Thanks for the input, guys. I like the overlap look, like on the '36 pictured above. But, as Neal said, The height of the opening is greater than that of the skirt. I have that problem with my '48 Plymouth-they barely cover the opening. Really like the look of that overlap tho. Just adds to those sexy lines.
