Choke rod knob is loose
The new choke rod knob I installed on the choke rod has come loose. I tried gluing it on with Seal All but that only worked for a little while.
Any other ideas about glue or other means to hold it on? Thanks, Royal |

Re: Choke rod knob is loose
Try JB Weld. When you pull on the knob add a little side pressure to help the knob stay in place.

Re: Choke rod knob is loose
I used a dab of Loctite Super Glue Gel in the hole on the knob on mine . It has held so far ...

Re: Choke rod knob is loose
I've done jb weld on one and recently drilled two hole #4 /30 and tapped them haven't installed that one yet but when I do I'll use some adhesive as well. I did crimp the side that connects to the carb but as you know the other side is not as easy
