What post are you trying to move? Ad's, you can't unless YOU place it. On the forum, make sure you are logged in and after you type the post hit "post quick reply" then after you see your new post click on for example the "Questions and Suggestions" in the header that will take your post to the top.
Oh, it never goes to the top top, above the sticky notes that are at the beginning of each section.

Hello are you out there? By the way, if it was your ad you are trying to move, type something in the message box and follow the above. If that helped, good form is to let us know not leave us hanging.
