'37 Ford Deck Lid Weatherstrip
Did the original '37's have a rubber weatherstrip between the deck lid and the body? Most restored cars I see have it, but can't tell from original photos whether there was one or not. Thanks, Bill

Yes, my original unrestored 37 Tudor slantback still has the original strip from 1937.

Re: '37 Ford Deck Lid Weatherstrip
Thanks for the reply. Mine was also unrestored when I bought it, but I can't see any remnants of the weatherstrip in my old photos, but it could have been taken out along the line somewhere as it was pretty weather beaten.
