Tried several, Genius 3500 is the stand-out, IMO.

I get garage sale/flea market chargers for cheap and use them for decades. Very seldom does an old charger go bad. Some of the light weight new ones don't last long, especially you happen to drop it.[smiley face]

I use a timer on most chargers and try to charge slowly [ 2-6 amps]. Most old chargers have several rate settings.
