Default 41 rocker boxes

I have a 41 super deluxe with good body but no floors and very little rocker box left. I have new 3 piece rocker boxes. Can you weld them together before installation? I can't find much information or videos on installation. Would appreciate any help.

C&G lists lot of body parts for your '41, including rocker boxes. They are listed on
page 323, section 56. When ordering from C&G(800) 266-0470) ask for their catalog. It is a "must have" for anyone working on old Fords.

Not sure IF the 41's are like the 46's......I got mine for the 46 from EMS/Bitchin' products and those were three piece (Fronts, middles & rears) and yes you had to weld them together OR piece them back in one at a time tacking the joints/junctions until all three are fitted just so!!! Fortunately I had very solid floors and good solid front boxes SO all I had to fit was the middles and rears. The EMS pieces also had plates to help strengthen the floor to rocker box joint

I put a 41 floor in my 47 and everything is pretty much the same.
