Default distrbuter screw

Is there washer under the screw for the distributer cam or what ever you call it ????

No, just the slotted stud and lock nut.

Yes,there is a washer that goes under the cam screw.There is none under the jam nut on the locking screw on the side of the head.

I think the poster is asking about the screw that holds the cam to the upper shaft. If that is the case, there is a lock washer and flat washer under the cam screw.

They often stick in the cam, and may not be noticed.
