Default Upper control arm placement question

On a 1958 Ranchero are the upper control arms centered on the control arm shaft or are they off set on the shaft. This 1958 ranchero has screw in bushings

I have a '59 and they are centered. The bushings have a coarse thread where they go onto the shaft and a fine thread where they go into the control arm. They are a little tricky to install.

Thanks for the reply. I wish the manual was a little clearer. And yes they are tricky getting them in while keeping it centered on the shaft. Thanks again.

The last ones I did were on my car, the previous was while fixing cars. I did a '64 Ford around 1979. You need to take pains to keep the shaft and arm centered. I good scribed line does the trick, or take side to side measurements.

The hardest part is dealing with 2 different threads at a time and not strip out the fine thread in the arm.
