Default A 34 and early 35 intake manifold

I am completing the restoration of an early (February) 1935 ford 5 window coupe to original specifications and need an intake aluminum manifold. According to the 1935-1936 ford book page 106 the manifold is part 40-6159-B. Can anyone help me in locating this manifold? I thank your for help.
