Check Speedway for an aftermarket wheel. Also Juliano's in Connecticut. Got a hot rod shop around you?

As Paul said, Speedway. Grant makes an adapter for your truck, and that will probably be the cheapest route. Watch how deep the dish is. I’ve made that mistake and ended up with the wheel in my chest before. The diameter makes a big difference in effort on manual steering, and also on driving positions for your arms. I’ve made that mistake too.
Mistakes seem to be how I learn. LOL |

There was a reason for the large steering wheels back then p/s is almost a necessity with a smaller wheel. |

Without power steering, I agree with others on staying with a larger wheel. An inch or inch and a half smaller might still be ok.
