Some dirty work. Lots of important visitors. Much different than today. This technology has been lost in the USA.

I always wondered how they cast that block, back in the day. Reminds me of my high-school industrial arts classes. It was a lot of work to make the sand casting, and pour the metal.
I noticed 99% of those guys in teh factory had hats on. |

OSHA would have a field day there! If OSHA existed back then, there would have been less than half the Model A's made.
