Looking for the metal spare tire cover as was used with 1940 and 1941 panel trucks

Anybody have a junk one? I found a really nice one but it is missing the attachment bracket, which is a strap like piece that is riveted to the cover and kind of clips over the tire rim.

Any and all help to find the missing piece would be really appreciated!
