None that I am aware of. If so, I'd like to know as well.

This forum is filled with data, The Early Ford V8 Club of America also has a forum. The Club also has a very good restoration book which can answer many questions. Try posing a question here.

Your post made me take some time to relax and drive my '36. As much as I love my '39 & '40 Fords, well, this '36 is just special to me.
It was 90°+ today. Went about fifteen miles, had breakfast and drove home.
I only do about 55mph but with the Columbia, the engine seems to hardly be working at all.
No electric pump, no electronic ignition, no so called "upgrades". Just goes to show ya that a properly setup flathead will start and run at all temperatures.

Love your 1936 Ford Roadster.
Were Roadsters originally equipped with Chrome Strips on the Running Boards?

I'd been fighting that gauge for some time now. I did install a NOS sending unit, wiring is nearly new, added a ground at unit.
Works for a while, then stops.
Haven't had a chance to get back in there recently.

Kube, I had the same problem...ended up going through 3 separate sender units until I found one that worked correctly. I'm sure you'll be able to find the problem; you're much smarter than me!!

It's obvious you have me confused with someone else.
