Yes I think so -I've kept quiet as I've posted before that it was fixed and it wasn't. (and you look real dumb when that happens)

However has been running fine for the past 10 days so I think it is fixed .
In the end he found that the Left hand points has closed up There was a loose connection in number one spark plug wire, there was a leak in the fuel bowel gasket and the condenser was suspect -I suspect the condenser was the major problem but since I had replaced it with 2 new units I thought I had that covered. I had tested them before installing them cold but not hot- Just glad its over !

i have pulled up to the gas pump in my 36 pickup, i have straight pipes on it, people asked me if it came with a V-8 from the factory? i say yes, Ford came out with a V-8 in 1932! they are very surprised
