Is there any person that rebuilds a Sparton horn

How bad is the condition? If the motor still spins well, the horn can likely be rebuilt by any hobbyist with basic tools.

Earl, I had a good original Sparton horn, and got a new one from A&L, I'm now running that on the car and put my original in a box on the shelf.

That A&L looks right-on to an original and man does it work GOOD sounds great!!

Just one possibility for you. I bought it from Snyder's years ago they sell the A&L horns....
