Default piston choice

Surely this has been covered, but......... Egge .030 over pistons in an 8ba with
Eldebrock 1115 heads, 3 3/4 stroke, 8cm cam...Yes or no???? Read some horror stories about Egge pistons, but my shop has already them??? Thanks a bunch ! mike

NEVER have had a problem with Egge pistons, but the repro's from carpenter another story! seems the pistons are not all quite same dia. our machinist has started honing out the cylinders a thousandth over to make them work
