Default tachometer for 1934 ford

I acquired a 6 volt tach and was wondering how to hook it up to a stock 34 coil. Any help is appreciated. thanks

Did it come with any instructions? Probably not, so it might help to know the make and model of the tachometer. Someone here may have some tucked away somewhere. It would also help to know if it an older model with a separate transmitter box or a newer, "all-in-one" type.
