LeBarron top material for 29 CCPU
What is the difference between a 78-A 1928-29 pick up box and a 82-A closed cab pick up?
The judging standards talks about a coarse long-short grain top material for the 1928-31 commercial tops. L B sells a long grain or a short grain. Dose the J S mean either one, or was there a top with both grains? If either is OK, which one from LB is closer to the original top. Is the drip rail that LB sells for the 28-29 CCPU close to correct, or is there a better place to get a drip rail? Thanks, Ed Saniewski

Regarding the LB upholstery kit, here is a link to previous discussion of the headliner material provided with their kit.

Don, so what do I call my 1929 closed cab pick up, a78-A or an 82-A? Did the drip rail from MACs have the end rounded and drilled for the tack, or did you have to correct it?
Dan, thanks for the info on fabric.com
