Default Windshield prop

One of our club members saw a wooden prop to hold open the windshield at the MAFCA convention. Does anyone have a drawing to make this or the dimensions? The prop had a notch cut into each end, one at the dash rail and the other at the windshield.
Thanks for any help on this.

Why would you need a prop? The part that opens the windshield has 2 notches, a little open, and a lot open.

What kind of car is it. I have a roadster and the friction locks do not hold
the wind shield open very good.

I made a wood block on each side to hold it open on the stantions.

Vendors sell those brackets both with and without notches. Or, as I did, take the brackets off, tapt them together and with a round file file your own notches. Chap

I’ve found that opening the windshield too much doesn’t do much for cooling. I open it ware the front edge is at the gas cap, the air then comes in and is deflected by the dash rail flowing down cooling me legs/feet! Late 31 Tudor
