It's alive.
Hi Folks.
After much frustration on my part and after replacing the battery I finally pulled the cables (Thanks Ronnie Roadster) after jumpering from the battery to solenoid and ground and it came alive. Couldn't see it before but the sol end of the cable was wrapped with electrical tape, removed it and the end was corroded. Had the cable cut back to good copper and soldered a new end on. Will install cable tomorrow but it seems like the "gremlin" has been found. THANKS to everyone who responded with their suggestions. Much appreciated ! ! ! Paul in CT Show season is coming. |
