Default can ayone tell me if this is a ford sending unit?

I took this off of my Willys Ute and ned to replace it.

Nice truck! The sending unit looks like the one that was in our '39 Lincoln Zephyr, I can't be sure if it was OEM or a later replacement.

Looks like a King Seeley unit. Just different than the regular Ford variety.

Try Ray Helger in RI 401 635 4849, or Tracy in Arlington TX, 817 275 2381. They will need the application. If you get Tracy you are in good hands. The other folks check the computer to see if it's in stock. He will likely know what you are talking about.

It's Stacy in Arlington. He has very serious health issues. Only gets to the shop a few hours a day at best.

The King-Seely units can be repaired. Just remove the top cover carefully and examine the wires. If they are not broken, a good cleaning with tuner cleaner will make it work again. If the wires are broken, send it to an instrument repair facility for repair.
